Running GPS, Polar or Garmin?

I would like to obtain a GPS running so I can see my mile distances and pace when I run. I'm stuck between RS800 Polar and Garmin Forerunner 305 or 205. Which should I get and why? Or should I get another one and why? The price does not matter. Too do I need an accelerometer to the one u suggest?

I just bought a Garmin Forerunner 305 and highly recommend it. Just used for the first time today and I see that it will revolutionize my training. Part monitor her heart rate is too pretty cool! It is an amazing piece of kit for me and all the training work-outs custom, you can program into it are going to be amazing … I would go for it over the older 205 because it – is more basic with fewer features.
