Is it normal for the Nintendo Wii to stay a little warm even if it is off?

Also, I noticed the little light when the Wii is staying out of orange. I thought it was supposed to stay red when the console is off. Can you tell me what normal? Thank you!

Mine stays orange when I turn it off, too. This means that WiiConnect24 is on, which is a small program that runs in the background 24 / 7 and the latest software downloads on the Internet. When WiiConnect24 is enabled, disabling your Wii really is in standby mode, which does not consume much power that when activated, but that does not mean the Wii does a little (so it stays warm). You can disable it by disable "Standby Connect" in the Wii configuration.
